• You are responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account
• Use of the Platform is at your own risk and discretion
• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

The contents of the Platform are proprietary to us and you will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights in its contents.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests

• Cancellations will only be considered if requested within 1 day of placing the order
• Requests may not be entertained if orders have been shipped or are out for delivery
• In such cases, you may reject the product at the doorstep

Non-Cancellable Items

WebSpeed does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Report to customer service within 1 day of receipt
• Sellers will check and determine the issue
• For products not as expected, report within 1 day of receiving

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 days.

Return Policy

Return Period

We offer refund/exchange within the first 3 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility Criteria

• Item should be unused and in the same condition as received
• Must have original packaging
• Sale items may not be eligible for return/exchange
• Only defective or damaged items are replaced

Return Process

• Certain product categories may be exempted from returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

Shipping Time

• Subject to delivery date agreed at order confirmation
• Subject to courier company/post office norms

Delivery

• Delivery to address provided at time of purchase
• Delivery confirmation sent to registered email ID
• Platform Owner not liable for courier delays

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs levied by seller or Platform Owner are non-refundable.
